Wed, July 12:
* Everyone arrives
* Dinner with individual families

Thurs, July 13:
* Breakfast and lunch with individual families
* 1pm – 4pm: Family pool time at Carnelian Woods condos
* 6pm – 8pm: Dinner provided by the Bill Greene family
Located at condo CW41
* 8pm – 10pm: Group activity provided by the Bill Greene family

Fri, July 14:
* Breakfast and lunch with individual families
* Morning hike at 8am returning 12pm Mike and Marie
* 1pm – 4pm: Group activity/games provided by the Marler families
* 6pm – 8pm: Dinner provided by the Larry Greene & Eric Marla families
Located at condo CW58 (Marler's)
* 8:30pm – 10pm: Sit around the campfire and roast marshmellows at the Surgar Pine Pt. at West Lake....directions will be given and a caravan formed after dinner.

Sat, July 15:
* Breakfast with individual families
* Day at the beach 10am – 1pm (Maybe group activity from 1 – 4 at the beach?)
* Lunch - Family pot luck (Volunteer(s) to organize pot luck at beach?)
* 1pm – 4pm: Group activity provided by the Miller families
* 6pm – 8pm: Dinner provided by the Miller families
* 8pm – 10pm: Visiting/encore of popular group games?
